922 compliance on my build

just checking to make sure im within the lay of the law with my build

Its a yugo m70 kit with these US parts

Receiver
Muzzle Brake
Gas Tube/upper handguard (ultimak m9)
Lower handguard /rail (also ultimak)
RSA trigger
RSA disconnector


It has the yugo hammer in the FCG bc i ran into compatibility issues

Ive counted through the ATF list but i want to make sure that i can count the ultimak pieces as two seperate parts.

Upper and lower handguard count as a single part, although some argue the top is not counted at all. Same difference in the end, you need to lose one more imported part.

The gas piston would be the best bet at this point to replace; this would allow you to use any mag that you have.

It is common to have to do some creative grinding to the face of the hammer.
