25-1/2" Krink

I made a extended muzzle brake for my krink and it is only 25.5" with the stock folded. (uf) is this legal ? And the brake is mig tack welded.

under federal law, the gun is measured with the stock open. some states may have different laws.

In Kalifornia, it has to met the 30" OAL (with the stock folded).
