Where to buy an Arsenal SAM-5 or Arsenal USA SSR-74-2?

I plan to buy first AK. Could you tell me which online store has the best price for the Arsenal SAM-5 or Arsenal USA SSR-74-2? Thanks!

I also wonder which of these two AK is higher quality? What are their pros and cons compared to each other?

Gunsnstuffonline.com has the SAM-5 for 629$, AtlanticFirearms has the SAM-5 for 649$. I've heard that Arsenal Inc. is a better route to go than Arsenal USA. This is just what I've read from many people in AK forums, I don't own either gun.
The SAM is milled, I don't know if the SSR is. The SAM-5 is a 1:7 twist, I don't know if that will stabilize light bullets but I don't figure that accuracy is your #1 goal.
