What is you dream concealed carry piece?

Think big, money aside, design the best set up you can think of.
I am pretty simple, glock 27, 2 round mag extensions, tritium sights,
internal laser, and high ride holsters up the wazoo until I found the perfect
one. And a baby browning or beretta jetfire or bobcat for a pocket party piece, and a leg and boot holster for those dress up occasions like weddings and such.

I run 175g Winchester silvertips, but I also handload.

I am fairly cheap even if the money is avaliable:
purse gun: FEG AP(.32ACP ver of the PA63)
glove box gun: DDR Makarov or Volks-Polizei Luger(cost around $700 nowadays)

really, that's good enough for me.

I have a KAHR P-9, quite happy with that.

Money no object? Custom made Beretta 93R in .357SIG with Lasergrips, trijicons, and MagNaPorted 92 length bbl. Alessi horizontal leather shoulder holster with the pull through snap retention and 3 cell offside mag pouch for the extended 36rd mags.

Backup/pocket gun would be a Kahr P series in .357SIG, guiderod laser, and Novak night sights. Sparks Summer Special IWB holster, or in the pocket, 1 cell IWB spare mag carrier.

Glove Box Gun? Wildey .475, never know when you need to stop a truck........

I carry my FN57 or my wifes 38 snub Taurus. If out at night it's definately the 57, 20 rounds per mag.


I used to carry the Glock 27, too violent for me and it's not that I'm a pussy I just wanted more control.

Hand guns to me are just a tool nothing more. I couldn't care less for a custom anything. And since I had my beautiful SW mod 66 confinscated from me in the summer of 98 in Indiana by some punk ass cop I'll not carry something I can't afford to loose.

For me an very nice Wilson Combat 1911 with the works. Id never pay for one but if someone wants to give me one I wont say no thanks. Though id probably not carry it anywhere as I wouldnt want to ugly it up. Thats why I like my PT1911. Dont really care about wear on it.

For heavy carry I like my old GI Remington-Rand 1911A1.
Bar-sto Bbl, NP3 finish, Commander hammer, flat mainspring housing, new fire control parts (Wilson? can't remember) titanium firing pin, 22Lbs recoil spring. It will feed beercans, and put all the shots in the black. I call her "Boomer"

For light concealed I have my little Smith and Wesson .38 snubbie. I can't remember the model number, but it's the one with the shrouded hammer, steel frame. I had that one NP3ed also, and I have black rubber grips. I call her "Tinkerbell"

in summer, my SW shrouded hammer .38 special with +P's. In Winter my SW 686 "security special" 3" .357. Both belly pack beautifully! Hey I'm not looking to get in a big time shoot out, just stop the first or 2nd shit that comes apon me. If have to deal with much more then that.. well I ended up in a bad situation.
