Anything special about this Krink? Standard 5.45 Bulgie mags work with this? TIA.
New & unfired Romanian AIM carbine (aka AIR carbine) matching number 5.45x39 parts kits - $525 ea w/o the barrel.

Pricey, certainly interesting.
I would be it would be pretty hard to build one just out of parts. My thought would be to buy a WASR-2, pop the barrel out and use that barrel. Sell the rest for parts or use them for other projects.
Im not sure of a US made, 5.45 barrel.
Lothar-Walther maybe?

Hopefully someone else will get some of these barrel less wonders in...at a decent price.
I think for no barrel that is way overpriced...
You can still find Bulgy kits with barrels for 700-750...
About the same as this 525...and a wasr for 300 or so for the barrel...and then a maybe fit.
Just thinking outloud.

Ain't nothin special about that. Might have enough barrel for a pistol build though.
Not for $525

The only thing special about that is the front sight/gas block and the flash hider. It's no where near being worth the asking price.

I pieced together a romy 7.62 carbine kit minus the unobtainable rear sight.
its a unique kit but minus the barrel and with bulg/yugo krinkiv kits alittle more I wouldnt buy one
