AES-10B Reviews

I have seen a couple reviews, just looking to get more guys opinions.

Function is flawless...fit is good as it gets from Romania...finish is in the eye of the beholder, just the standard Romanian black parkerizing.

With a lil reworking she will be a beauty although its fine out of the box if all your after is a shooter.

If by bubba you mean blast, park, paint, refinish wood, and buy a nice commie scope for it...

You wanna see bubba, you should see the skull gomer carved into the nice, and now ruined, clubfoot stock of my pawn shop AES 10B rescue.....thats bubba.

My first AES-10B had minor cycling issues. Every third or forth round and the bolt would attempt to close on the just fired empty. Since the bolt did not strip a new round and try to jam that into the empty case, I think the Extractor was fine...just getting minimal gas and the bolt wasn't going back far enough. The gas hole in the barrel may have been drilled under size, or something was mis- aligned and not all the gas could get to the piston. Whatever, I sent it back and got a new replacement...plus purchased two others, and all three function just fine. I'm happy with mine.

Got mine for $399, a deal, $100 Russki scope mounts right on the side mount.

Saw one at gunshow for $795 this weekend :rofl_smal
