DEAL?

When is a deal valid? ON this forum what does it take to seal a deal? Do you post I'll take it? PM sent? I have had 2 deals fall thru in the last 10 days. One, the seller backed out after we struck up a deal FTF with a tin of ammo. Today I was the first to post and send a PM but he did not want to go thru with the deal. Said some one already PM'ed him but did not post. I will say that 99% of the people on this Forum are great whether it is a build question or a sale. It is too bad that the people I ran into are not are not part of the 99% even tho one thinks he is the greatest. Do we have a post section to grade these people? Any comments would be appericated.

In response to an ad to BUY you post:

I"LL TAKE IT , PM sent, EMAIL sent.

Then if the seller stiffs you he needs to provide valid evidence of the above for the person that beat you.

Otherwise, if they just stiff ya, post NEGATIVE feedback about them as tdbrown says.
