aes-10b buttstock extender or recoil pad?

Hey everyone,

Based upon everyone's recommendations here...I just received 2 AES-10b's and they look pretty awesome. CAn't wait to get to the range!

I'm wondering though if anyone knows of anyone making a recoil pad or other way to extend the stock and inch or two. I'm 6'1" and its a bit short (I use pads on all my AK's for the same reason). If anyone knows of a place to get an extension, recoil pad, or even a wood clubfoot stock thats a little longer let me know!

I'm 6'6" with a measured LOP of 14.5". I have no trouble shouldering the AES-10b, nor firing it off-hand. There doesn't seem to be any fathomable reason to slip on a recoil pad. It's a 10# rifle!

I hear ya...for me its just feels more "natural" for me to have about 1-2" longer on the stock than it has now. It's not like I can't shoulder and line er up...it just doesn't feel right to me.

I'm over 6'2"...i think if you shoot it awhile you will like it....

win308...definitely the thicker 1.5 or 1.6 receiver! I was very happy with that!
