View Full Version : Question for members who shipped their AK back to PSA for repair...

Hello All,

I bought the side folder PSA AK few weeks ago. I ran into stove pipe & fail to extract spent cartridge issue for 7 times (120 rounds were fired) on the first trip to the range with my new PSA AK. I would like to send it back to PSA for repairing. I tried to call them, but the waiting to talk to the PSA support person was too long. I have to go back to work, so I hung up the phone.

Question...
Who is responsible for shipping cost when you ship your PSA AK back to PSA to repair?

They sent me a pre-paid label, all I had to do was print it out and drop it off.

I will try to contact PSA via email instead. I had no luck when I tried to call them couple times.
