How have the reviews been of the Vulcan/Hesse AK47 Underfolder Receiver shell? Reviews of the Vulcan Ak47 receiver in general?

I don't have a Vulcan underfolder shell; too much $. I took an extra Vulcan completed receiver and rivited the folding rear trunnion in place with 1 rivit, then drilled starter holes for the underfolder mechanism, then reamed to size of the trunnion holes for the mechanism. Looks factorydone, underfolder parts fit in fine, everything went togather fine. took about 45 minutes to do. Beats paying an extra 30 bucks for the underfolder holes.

I like the vulcan built ak receivers. price is very reasonable, usually very little has to be done to correct problems. Some complain that the lower rails wear too quick. I never had that problem, but I started putting a brownells product called casenit on the rails, as insurance.
