how do I post pics om here

Go to Photobucket.com or one of the other free image hosting sites and sign up for an account. Upload your pics to your album, under each one will be a direct URL link to that photo. Highlight and copy the link, then go to the thread you want to post on. Use the "Go Advanced" button to get the text editor window up with all the buttons. On the row directly above the text box towards the right is a button that looks like a photo of a mountain. Click on it and a new window opens with a space for the picture URL. Paste your photobucket URL on the line and click OK. The board software will automagically retrieve your photo from the other site and drop it into your post whenever it is viewed.

....and you can use the same photo "URL link" on other places you wish to post your photo. Using the method KK has so kindly explained will save you from up-loading the photo to multiplle boards. Just use the same "URL link" everywhere.
