That looks like a 5.56mm magazine in the rifle in that pic. There are 7.62x39mm Galil parts though.

From the price of the parts these days you could an AK bolt and have a US-made .311" bore rifle barrel turned for the Galil. The sights would need some adjustments but maybe could get factory parts for them or even custom parts.

i am working on getting a new side folder hanguards from the colombia state arsenal.........i bought a parts kit and it was a pos..........
but realy like ak47 round better
have a yugo 223 that takes galil 223 mags
might be able to get everthing exept the barrrel....
have seen thoose screwed up recievers.......wich would be perfect for the conversion.............any ideas would help

Guys,
We now have instock 762x39 Galil barrels turned to the .223 OD specs so you can use a .223 parts kit in the build, IMI 762x39 bolts, Century .223 AR kits, and you use a std .223 receiver for the build. There ya go!
