Ak-74 mag questions

I have 2 questions, one is what do the numbers on the mags mean? and second when, who and where made plastic followers for the 74 mags. thanks -myers

The numbers near the bottom of the mag body are manufacturer's codes. The circle 10 is Arsenal, circle 25 is Optico Electron Inc, the triangle symbol is Izhevsk, etc.

Dunno about the followers.
