I have tried calling PSA while at lunch several times and rec. a 30 plus minute wait recording. I sent an email 2 weeks ago without a reply. So I am reaching out via this, trying to get an answer.
I put together a PSA FREEDOM Ar15 MOE lower build kit. After finishing, l have a small black set screw left over, approximately 1/8 3/8, and I have not found any reference to it online, youtube, etc. The kit ( # 7779431) OR (506844 on the bag) had only 1 roll pin for the trigger guard. Is this for the other hole to lock the trigger guard in place or is it supposed to be another roll pin or is this just an extra piece not needed?
I have built another PSA m4 type lower before and had no problems.
Thanks in advance.

Just a thought but did your lpk come with a Magpul trigger guard??

Most aftermarket style trigger guards (magpul, lwrc, bravo co, etc) use one roll pin and a set screw. It's probably the set screw for the trigger guard.

Thanks guys. It is a poly magpul trigger guard. I found online somebody saying it is a 5-40 screw. This is my first time using a magpul build.

I really feel lucky to have a PSA only 4 miles away from my house.

PSA is notorious for not responding to anyone.

If you ever have a question or a problem, well, tough.

That's PSA's standard operating procedure.

Write a negative review of the product.

OP, I bet you $1 that they will not publish/post it on the product page. They screen that stuff out and never post it.

Go ahead and look.

They don't have a product anywhere on their whole entire website that has less than 4 or 5 stars.

Coincidence?

Pffft. Hardly.

People continue to buy from them because they're cheap.

Not because they're good.

I stopped buying anything from them. I prefer to buy from companies who are reputable.

A friend of mine just built his first AR. He was a dumbass and put the wrong zip code on his address. So someone out there got a free complete upper. PSA sent him another one no questions asked. Seems like pretty good CS to me.
