Besides the word "blem" ?

SKU: 77932793 on sale for $199 as a blem

Blem PSA 16" Mid-length 5.56 NATO 1/8 Stainless Steel Freedom Upper - No BCG or Charging Handle

SKU: 7788890 priced at $199 normally

PSA 16" Mid-length 5.56 NATO 1:8 Stainless Steel Freedom Upper - No BCG or Charging Handle

Well, if it's like any other "blem", somewhere along the production line, an inspector saw something aesthetically displeasing and stamped "blem" on it.

Nothing functionally wrong with a "blem" ( nobody's gonna knowningly sell you something that's gonna blow you up )

Blem items are great for folks who build guns to shoot ( not so good for the "Barbie Boys" [ who only build them to look at & fingerfuck ]) as they can save you some money over the "aesthetically pleasing" part.

What Nalioth said.

One of them has a cosmetic blem, or was labeled a cosmetic blem somewhere in the QC process.

I wasn't sure if there were small differences in the specs of the two different SKU's.
Thanks for taking the time to answer my question.
