ROMAK 3 Stuff

Hello all! I'm trying to figure out if my ROMAK 3 is new or old or what? It says FPK on the reciever. The thisng that kinda confuses me is the stuff that came with it. Mine came with a leather sling and a leather pouch that has cleaning stuff in it. Another strange thing is that it came with a "10" round and a 5 round mag. The 10 round mag is block to only five rounds though. Mine also came in a doskocil case. Does anyone have one with the same stuff? Is mine normal?
