Some sick fuck just went on a spree, over 100 rounds fired from a fully automatic AK47(Bought semi, and converted) and a Springfield M1A. One deputy dead, and a church official from what I hear.

The firearms were bought legally before he was locked up involuntarily in the cook house in 2005, supposedly hiding the guns with a friend. The AK was a home conversion.

Any of you heard this.

This happened on Saturday, last I heard they just said it was an "assault rifle". Total nutjob the courts had ample opportunity to lock up and didn't.

" A gunman suspected of killing three people and himself said during a court-ordered mental evaluation that if he committed suicide, he would try to take a large number of people with him, police said Monday.
Three months after that conversation, authorities say, Jason Hamilton shot and killed his wife at their home, then drove downtown with two assault rifles and fired a barrage of bullets into an emergency dispatch center inside a courthouse and a parking lot outside.

Hamilton had a history of violence, and a judge ordered him evaluated after he tried to kill himself in February by overdosing on anti-anxiety medication. Hamilton told a hospital worker that if he really wanted to commit suicide, he would do it through a mass shooting or bombing, Assistant Police Chief David Duke said.

Hamilton was judged not to need involuntary commitment and was released, Duke said.

Hamilton was arrested on a felony strangulation charge in September 2005 in a case involving a girlfriend he had while separated from his wife. Hamilton was convicted of misdemeanor domestic battery of the girlfriend, who survived, and was sentenced to 180 days in jail, with 90 days suspended, Duke said.

Hamilton was in court again last Tuesday for violating the conditions of his probation on the domestic violence conviction by halting his mental health counseling, but the case was delayed until next month, Duke said."

I first read about it on MSN.com, a sidebar column in my local paper a day later. Haven't seen any TV coverage yet, but I don't watch much news anyway. Let's hope the anti's don't jump on this one.

So, how is admitting you would commit mass murder during a court ordered mental health evaluation not grounds for needing an involuntary commitment? The Judges in that town need evaluating!

The anti's won't jump on the stories too much when the "system" fail to keep the guy locked up. Leftist judges are thier own and this will expose them.

The first I heard of this was yesterday. My old hunting partner lives in Moscow now and was going Turkey hunting that day. I was surprised the news in Seattle didn't shout it from the rooftops, but seeings how the court system didn't do their part it doesn't surpise me that it's not getting the coverage it might. Let's hope it stays that way.

He was an incompitent bastid that couldn't handle his women.
The girl's daddy, the 1 who was choked, or nearest male acquaintence
should have took the guy out back and turned his head around.

In the local Boise paper, he was also a card carrying Aryan Nations critter member. Cops found his membership card, paperwork, etc when they went thru his place after he killed his wife.

No shit, people that beat women need to just be hung in the streets. I would support the firing line too.
