Apex gun parts?

Anyone order from Apex before? How was their service?

I ordered on line and had no problems. I received the part in four days.

Thats good. It would be nice if they sent some sort of email confirmation after you place an order though...

I have a kit due in from them on Wednesday. I will let you know.

Yes... UPS package tracking showed that as of last last night, it had made it to Columbia SC and they rescheduled delivery for today. If that delivery did occur, then it should be waiting on me when I get home. Will advise later.

I was satisfied. I got an order confirmation, then a UPs tracking #.
The kit that showed up was in great shape. I got the $250.00 Yugo fixed stock kit.

OK just unpacked it. Its one of the nicest G kits I have gotten. The bolt face, carrier slide areas and barrel appear completely unused. Like new. the wood is great but flaking typicaly. But all very good condition. Perhaps never shot. The parts all match and everything is there. This one is a 1986 kit. Of which I had gotten one before from this date that was almost as nice. This one is silly nice. Good deal. And possibly one of the last ones they had too. They now do not show them on the site. Paid $115 for it. I wish they had more...

Ah yes, I got my Yugo kit a while back but didn't check on this post. I just wanted to say that their Yugo kits are FANTASTIC. You will not find kits like these anywhere else. Even the "dark bore" kits are hard to find nowadays, but Apex has almost-new kits with SHINY barrels. Get them while they last! It was $250 when I bought it, and since then they have raised it to $275!

I'll second that, their Yugo kits are AWSOME!

They haven't answered their phones all week. I paid for a "very good condition" Yugoslavian RPK barrel, and they sent me one with serious wear as well as pits in the bore, and I'm trying to reach them to send it back. I've called several times this week (as well as five times yesterday) and no one has picked up or returned my calls. I'm starting to become concerned that they're going to try to stiff me on this.

I've bought a lot of stuff from him, but its always been FTF.
