My ultimate hope is that these people will give up and move. They don't clean the dog feces out of the back yard, either, and with hot weather coming, the minute I notice a stench of dog crap, I'm going to call the city codes enforcement, the landlord, and whomever else...

Pure baker's cocoa packed in empty capsules will fit very nicely into vienna sausages. I had a neighbor/dog problem for 2 years, went to court, they got fined, nothing changed...how was I supposed to know cocoa is toxic?

Personally I would spring for a tax stamp and get a suppressor for my 22 and shoot the little varmits dead.
