Wooden stocks for SAR-1

The impulse to purchase another AK was too much for me to bear! I recently bought a Saiga 16" but I love the look of the originals with the split foregrips. I was going to wait til the march gun show came to the Harrisburg's farm show building but I began to wonder if the price might climb after the recent political events. I picked up a Romanian model for 300.00 but it came with a FIXED folder rear stock and I would like to purchase a stock set that I could sand-up and stain..hopefully to a plum color. Where might I locate a set?

I would like to thank everyone who has posted info about what to watch for when buying. There was a full stocked Rom sar1 at the shop but it did have a bad gas port cant and I thought it would be easier to find stocks than fix that problem.

FAC has new laminated butt stock for the SAR-1 for $39 - would stain up & look just like original Russian.
