Guys,
I hope to be $850-750 for receiver and semi FCG with build plans. Not sure if we will thread or not. We are threading the prototypes and I will try the Bulgy kits and see if they are timed the same. It would be much easier just to press them in.

if the barrels for the RPDs are threaded, I don't see how you can make the receivers without threads

16,
You would turn the threads off the brl and press fit it.

Pin and press will take away the pain of timing and headspace of an assembled barrel assembly. Not like a FAL where you can compensate for headspace for differences in barrel, bolt, receiver and bolt carrier with different sizes of locking shoulders.

An RPD kit comes with one set of locking shoulders. Different sizes of locking shoulders would be tuff to find, any ideal where to find them?.

ICB,
You will not need others, press and pin using the ones in the kits to correct headspace. Here are the three varients of receivers we will be producing.

Guys,
Called FTB last week, they said check back in 2-3 weeks, there running about 6 weeks on classifications. I am not sure what order we will do recs. When I get approval then we'll post each and go with the demanding version. No you cannot have my drawings, sorry.
