Do you need to have the photos attached normally to get a sheriff sign off?
Also, for the photos do they NEED to be passport photos, Or can I just print off my own taken against a blank wall.

The Sheriff signoff has no official requirements, just that he state he has no problem with you. It's up to him if he wants your pics, but I would say it's a non-issue. Why would he want a pic?
Taking and printing your own photo, who would know the difference? Everyone uses digital nowdays anyway, just make sure you use an actual photo printer, not your dot matrix on a tractor feed paper roll.......

Thats what I figured, just wanted to be sure before I blew 200 bucks on a denial for some BS reason.

The tax is on the transfer or making, not the application. If you do something wrong on the application, they send it back with instructions on correcting it. Worst case, it takes longer to process.
If they deny they refund the $200.

Ok, I was under the impression the 200 was gone either way. Good to know, not that I'm anticipating a denial.
